Desktop / Zoom / Teams backgrounds

 
To install on your desktop:

Right-click on the desktop of your choice > Choose "Save as..." and choose a folder to save the image.
Method 1: Open the folder > Right-click on the saved image file > Choose "Set as desktop background"
Method 2: Right click on your desktop > Click "Personalize" > Background > "Choose your picture" > Browse > Select the saved image

To install a background on Zoom:

Go to "Settings" > "Video & Effects" > "Virtual Backgrounds" > Click the blue + sign > "Add image" > Choose your downloaded background

To install a background on Teams:

In a meeting, choose "Effects & Avatars" > "More video effects" > Under Backgrounds click "Add new" > Select downloaded background

Avatar

Teams:

To change your Teams profile picture: First right-click on the desktop of your choice > Choose "Save as..." and choose a folder to save the image.
Method 1: On your Teams window, at the top right, click your current profile picture (or initials), click again on the profile picture, click "upload" and select the saved avatar.
Method 2: Go to - https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ > Sign in > Click on the current profile picture or initials > Click "add a picture" > Choose saved image.

Zoom:

Go to "Settings" either in the app or the website > "My account" > Click on the profile picture > "Change Picture" > Select the campaign image
