We're coming together to protect and strengthen hybrid as a core working condition. This Lunch & Learn is an opportunity to learn more, share experiences, and build collective action across locals.
Hybrid work is not a perk - it is a proven model that supports productivity, strengthens organizational effectiveness, and drives recruitment and retention. Through this campaign, we are working collectively to push back against arbitrary return-to-office requirements, promote fairness and consistency, and protect the rights secured in our Collective Agreements.
